Shipping & Purchase Terms

Delivery

We normally process your order within 1–3 working days.
The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days depending on where in the country you live.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Payment

Payment is made securely via our payment options as shown at checkout
We accept SEK/NOK/EUR depending on the country of delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

According to Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods.
To return a product, contact us via info@biosculpturescandinavia.com before sending the goods back.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping in the event of a cancelled purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g. cosmetic products).

Complaints

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via info@biosculpturescandinavia.com.

If the complaint is approved, we will be responsible for the return shipping and compensation according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

Uncollected packages

Uncollected packages will be charged SEK 150 to cover shipping and handling costs.
